Courtesy Notices via E-mail ...
How do I receive notices via e-mail?
Starting Tuesday, January 27, 2009 the library's computer system will automatically begin sending e-mail courtesy notices to borrowers who have an e-mail address stored in their library account. These notices are meant as a gentle reminder that library materials are due and as an aid in helping you avoid fines and fees. The e-mail reminders will be sent out three days before an item is due. Messages sent from the library's system will have a subject line of "LIBRARY COURTESY NOTICE." Notices will not be sent out for items with a 2 or 3-day loan period. If you'd like to begin receiving e-mail courtesy notices simply add your e-mail address to your library account. This can be accomplished a number of ways:
- In person at the Circulation desk -or-
- By calling the library at 794-2570 and dialing zero -or-
- By logging in to My Library Account and clicking the "Modify Personal Info" button. Make sure to select "I would like to receive my notices from the library by Email" and supply a valid e-mail address and then click "Submit."
