Reserve Museum Passes Here...

MUSEUM PASS BORROWING GUIDELINES
Museum passes may be reserved up to three months in advance by an adult (18 years or older) family member whose library card is in good standing. Passes are picked up at the Reference Desk, and must be checked out by the card-holder who placed the reservation. Reservations placed on children’s cards will not be honored.

Each museum pass may be reserved once in a 30-day period.  Only one pass may be borrowed at a time.

Museum passes have a one-day loan period. They must be returned the day after they are borrowed. In effect you have the use of the pass for two days.  They may be returned in the book drop in the envelope we provide. There is a $25.00 per day late charge for passes not returned on time. There will be an additional charge to replace a lost pass.

Click “Pass Details” next to each museum’s name for information about admission limits.  Click on the museum’s name for information on hours and closings.
Please check the museum’s hours for the day you plan to visit.

HOW TO RESERVE A MUSEUM PASS
-Use the dropdown menus or calendar to find the date (up to 3 months in advance) that you would like to pick up the pass.
-Click on “Request Pass” next to that museum
-Follow the onscreen instructions.  Print your confirmation page at the end of the reservation process.  Bring this page with you when you pick up the pass.

If you have a problem, or if you know you will not be using the pass after all, please contact the Reference Desk at 377-6112 ext. 112.  We depend on patrons to cancel any reservation that they do not intend to use so that the pass will be available for someone else.
