The Merrick Library Summer Hours Start On Saturday, June 14.
The Merrick Library offers a wide variety of research tools to our community.
Databases are products which the library subscribes to and offer advanced research options, such as peer-reviewed medical information and other well-researched information, that can't be found freely on the internet. Unless otherwise noted, Databases will typically be accessible outside of the library but you will need to enter your Merrick Library barcode number (this can be found on the back of your library card).
Useful websites are publicly available websites which have been curated by our librarians to help you with your research needs. You will not need to sign to access these websites but you may encounter ads on these websites.
Live Homework Help connects you to real tutors which can offer homework help.
Ask a Librarian is a chat service which lets you reach a librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your research needs.
Job & Career Help connects you to the career resources provided by the New York State Library.
Community Resources is a collection of community resources developed by library staff to help you find whatever you're looking for in Merrick.
